Who We Are
Daryl & Shannon are chefs from the Hudson Valley. Their experience ranges from catering delicious farm to table meals for private parties to driving up with their custom-built food truck to local breweries, vineyards and gatherings with friends.
They also own the Aviation Grill at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome serving fresh, handmade grilled sandwiches & paninis all summer long.
